A returnable deposit of £80 is required for all bookings.

Crockery, cutlery and glassware is available for hire at the following rates:
Up to 25 places: £10 26-50 places: £15 51-140 places: £20

A portable stage is also available for hire for £15. Instructions on set-up is required.
THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PERSONS PERMITTED TO BE INSIDE FLAX BOURTON VILLAGE HALL AT ANY ONE TIME IS 200. THIS NUMBER IS NOT TO BE EXCEEDED.

Includes Friday evening, all day Saturday and Sunday morning (subject to availability)

Parish Residents: £445  (Parish residents are strictly Flax Bourton based only)
Non-Residents: £495

Notes

  1. Minimum booking fee: £18.00
  2. The hall is available to hire from 8.00am-11.00pm Sunday – Thursday and 8.00am-12.00pm Friday & Saturday.
  3. All rental payments, equipment hire fees and a deposit in lieu of damage or breakages are required to be paid not less than seven days in advance of the event, unless special arrangements are made at the time of booking.
  4. Flax Bourton Village Hall CIC is not licenced for the sale of alcohol. Anyone wishing to sell alcohol in the Hall must obtain a licence from North Somerset Council. It is not the responsibility of Flax Bourton Village Hall CIC to obtain such licences. See NSC notes on licenses.
  5. It is important that all hirers read carefully the Conditions of Hire which are provided with each confirmation of booking. Download a copy here or copies are available on the Hall Notice Board or from the Bookings Secretary.
