Booking is straight forward. There are three ways to make your enquiry:

Booking process

  1. Booking Forms are available to download form here
  2. Completed form should be posted to the bookings secretary (see address above) once your booking date is confirmed.
  3. A Hiring/Damage Deposit of £80 (refundable subject to conditions being met) is required when booking. Download Hall booking terms and conditions here.
  4. Balance to be settled in full no later than 7 days prior to the Hire Date.

IMPORTANT NOTE: A Hirer requiring an alcoholic Bar for their function must obtain a license from North Somerset Council – view their notes on licences. Both hirer or their caterers can apply for licences.
